GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT

Put your offer
in front of customers.

We manage Google Ads around the services you sell and the enquiries you want. That means looking at the search, the ad, the landing page and what happens after someone gets in touch—not stopping at the number of clicks.

Business and account review

Understand your services, customer locations and what a worthwhile enquiry looks like. Review an existing account or plan a new one from that starting point.

Search and campaign planning

Research relevant searches, group campaigns around clear offers and agree the audience, geography and budget priorities.

Ads and landing pages

Write ads that match the service and review the page people land on. Page development or larger content changes are included where agreed.

Conversion measurement

Define the actions to track, such as a submitted enquiry. Check the measurement setup and discuss how you can feed back whether those enquiries are useful.

Ongoing optimisation

Review search terms, irrelevant traffic, ads and spending against the agreed goals. Make changes based on the information available.

Reporting that leads to decisions

Explain spend, measured enquiries and the next changes to consider. Separate what the data shows from what still needs investigation.

LOOK BEYOND THE CLICK

The campaign and the page work together.

An ad can bring the right person to the wrong page. We consider the full path: what they searched for, what the ad promised, what the page explains and how the enquiry is recorded.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few questions
we can clear up.

What’s included, what to expect, and what we’ll agree before work starts.

Is ad spend included in your fees?

Ad spend and campaign management are separate costs. The proposal sets out the management work, and we discuss the budget paid to Google.

Can you manage an existing Google Ads account?

Yes. We can start with a review of the campaigns, settings and conversion measurement, then agree what needs improving.

What budget do we need?

It depends on your services, locations, competition and goals. We discuss a starting budget once we understand the market and the work involved.

Do you guarantee a number of leads?

No. We can agree the work and what to measure, but results depend on the market, offer, budget, website and follow-up.

Do you use AI in Google Ads?

Where relevant, we review Google’s automated features against your goals and the quality of the conversion data. Automated bidding or generated assets still need suitable inputs and review.

How do you measure whether the campaigns are working?

We agree which actions matter, such as a qualified enquiry, phone call or booking, and review the tracking available. Campaign reviews consider those outcomes alongside spend and customer follow-up, so clicks alone do not stand in for business results.

Will we keep access to our Google Ads account?

Yes. We work through authorised account access so your business retains visibility of its campaigns and data. We agree billing, permissions and how agency access is removed when the engagement ends.
